“CPR Cell Phone Repair recently replaced the front and back glass on my old Samsung S10+. I was amazed at the workmanship. My phone looked brand new. The staff up front were professional. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the long wait for the repair to be competed. Anyone needing a cell phone screen repair should get an estimate of time it will take up front and be prepared to drop the phone off and pick up later. Otherwise, they did a great job and I highly recommend.”
“Diego helped me tremendously. He was courteous, patient, and very helpful. Only things he couldn't do weren't available. I would come back again. Definitely.”
“I worked with Mercury on our restaurant project in Birmingham, MI. I will say that from our kickoff meeting to the final project they were impressive as can be. The timelines were met, and all of our goals were accomplished. I would highly recommend Mercury to anyone moving forward and is now our preferred vendor of choice.”
“I brought in my shattered tablet and they were quick about getting the order processed and the replacement part ordered. “Twice now, Mike, has resurrected the circuit board on my prehistoric Pro-Form treadmill. After this most recent repair, 4-Dec-2025, he says, unable to bench test the circuit board - try it out and if it works come back and pay me. If it doesn't work, no harm no foul - no payment. Wow - who does that these days ? Thanks Mike, you fixed it again !”
“I was stressing about an issue with my computer and a good friend of mine told me about CSI, and how their level of customer service and professionalism is unmatched.
