Arrived 10 minutes before close because I just wanted my 19 month old to get the hair in her eyes trimmed. The door was already locked. I stuck around to ask the girl why and she blamed it on her coworker. Won't be going to another Great Clips. Used to love this place!

Came in for a small trim and left with way more cut off than I asked. Quick service, but definitely not what I wanted.

A few days ago when I went in, my prom was in a few hours and I just wanted my hair to look pretty since I knew it could, but I didn't know how to do anything myself. I wanted my hair trimmed at the least and hopefully styled; when I got there and told the nice lady what my situation was, the business wasn't originally hairstyling that day but she decided to help me out anyways :) very grateful for her :) I showed her some photos of what I didn't want my hair to look like anymore, how I'd like it to look after a trim, and then how I'd like it styled, and then she told me she had a vision, I just knew I could trust her so I let her work her magic, and I looked very gorgeous:) I wish I had more photos, but no one was really around to do that; the hair cut cost $20 or $21 I think and the hairstyle was $40 :) I can't remember if my long hair had anything to do with the price though, but yeah, I thought I'd mention those details in case anyone's wondering. I included photos of what my hair looks like normally and then the few photos I have of how pretty it was directly afterwards and then the next day. I managed to make the curls last really long, I still have some pretty curls left in my hair right now. Thank you to the lady who made my hair gorgeous if you see this :) I wish I had more photos and everything so you guys could understand how pretty it was

Lauren went up and beyond with a well done haircut, I just had a severe neck surgery and she was gentle as a lamb, and the most sincere. Thank You take a bow well done.

I went for a haircut. Barber cut my skin causing bleeding. Barber didn't sanitize trimmer and scissors after cutting hair of previous guy.

Joyce did a great job on my haircut. Asked for long layers and she did exactly as I asked. She took her time with my haircut, not like some of the others who just rush through. I definitely recommend Joyce.

The lady cutting my hair wasn’t paying attention for 90% of the hair cut it’s an older lady with short hair. I asked her to fix my hair as she barely even cut any off trying to rush it seemed she was more focused on how many people were in line than actually cutting my hair $21 for her to make me look stupid practically I had to go home and try my best to fix her mistakes never going back again as long as she works there. Previously my haircuts weren’t a problem but both times she cut my hair she barely had a clue what she was doing.

The hairstylist was very sweet. I called ahead to inquire about whether or not the stylists working would be able to do a stacked bob - yes we can both do a stacked bob no problem!
So I go in & show the women what I want and 1st she cuts it too long, then I tell her no this isn’t what I want she says “that the cut I requested is a very drastic change and she’s unsure if I’d be happy with it” so I continue to show her a picture of me with the same cut I’ve had in the past and she says how good it looks & then proceeded to give me the cut I’ve got. Unfortunately, the pictures I’ve posted show what I asked for vs what I walked out with. & I tipped more than fair for her a her time.
This place can help with trims and boys cuts.

Terrible service and even more terrible haircuts! Do not go to this location, from the moment we walked in the door I could tell they didn't want us there. Will never go back here, don't waste your time/money!!
