Who knew such a gem was located in Southgate ? I love Maple village so much! It’s so beautiful and well kept there. The customer service Darius provide is unparalleled and the way Briana manages the community makes me so comfortable!

Been living here for a good couple months now . And definitely love how safe it feels in the community. Everyone is so friendly and nice , also let’s not talk about the maintenance team their great communication is top notch ! 🫡 Would definitely recommend this place to family or friends 10/10 🤘🏻

I love these apartments! I moved in March and have had nothing but a great experience thus far. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner and the landscaping is so beautiful! I am so happy here.
