This is the 2nd time in 2 months I've dealt with a ATM malfunction at a co-op bank. This specific bank is many miles from my home so Id rather go to a close co-op. Why is it the provisional credit or a solution to someone money take so long. But let you owe the bank money they taking it immediately. No matter if it's putting you in the negative or not. I deposit money every week and just started to have this problem. I can't get a provisional credit until the dispute is done. Rent is due on the 1st a long with other bills. They telling me 10 days but last time it was a month. This is the worse bank to solve any problems. WORSE CO-OP BANK SYSTEM AND WORSE CREDIT UNION EVERY KNOWN TO MICHIGAN. Let me guess your sorry for the inconvenience.

I do not recommend. I was put in a high pressure situation to add on additional insurance to a car loan when it wasn't necessary. It's clear they get a commission for selling this. Very unprofessional.

I've been a member here for years. The staff is always friendly. The level of professionalism is very high. They are also very informative and care about my personal banking needs.

Terrible. I have gone in twice to get my last name changed due to marriage and both times they could not do it for a reason. I had all documentation and still would not change my name. I tried to deposit a $35 check and was told they could not deposit as I signed it with my legal marriage name. They said sign it with your account name and we will deposit it. Why would I falsify a check and the fact that you wanted me to do that speaks volumes for your terrible business. Needless to say, we are in the process of switching credit unions.

When I first signed up for an account no one told me that I had to keep 100 dollars in my account EVERYDAY or they was going to charge me at the end of the month. No one also told me that if I don't use a co op ATM that they would charge me a fee on top of the ATM charging me a fee. I'm very upset about the miscommunication between me and the representatives. The one I just called was very nice. Overall the credit union is ok when the rules are not being switched around EVERY time I call concerning my account.

Hmmm, where shall I begin??? Hands lifted high to Michigan Furst Credit Union. I was in search of purchasing a car, but my credit situation is not the greatest. I was guided here (MFCU) from Mike over at Ford Road Motor Sales in Dearborn to inquire about establishing credit through a 500 dollar loan option. High five to Mike for being helpful and to MFCU for helping me establish a Savings account, along with the small loan to establish some good credit. Let's rewind for a moment to when I first took a seat in MFCU's comfortable, blood red leather chair. I was approached by one of the bankers there, young gentleman, whose name I did not gather. He informed me I would be taken care of in a few minutes. Then suddenly, it happened (quote from Hot Shots Part Deux when the old man was swimming and then released a fart), the Branch Manager, Nikki approached me, introduced herself and it was all downhill from there. Hahaha!!! Just kidding!!! She was great!!! She's the boss for a reason. I want to add this because I believe it is important. Nikki was training a new banker there, Iesha, who was well trained and very easy to speak to. I enjoy seeing Managment work with new employees, giving them an opportunity to dive in and see what they're made of. I also believe that a good Manager never has to worry about their job when they do what is right and fair. Anyways, that's my opinion. In conclusion future bussiness men and women, get established. I am 33 trying to establish myself after losing everything. You're only too late if you don't believe in repentance (look up the definition, it is heavy but good). Stay diligent (look up the definition, it is full of enlightenment), don't give up, and always remember, the past is history, so let us rewrite a moral story, creating a memorable past this time. Cheers to peace and love.
