Staff was amazing, very clean and organized and they even carried antlers! We've had a tough time finding them, and they have a great selection of antlers, and really a great selection of all your pet needs!

Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Love coming here for the things I need for my fur-babies. Prices are competitive with other retailers - generally cheaper here. Great rewards program. Usually can find extra savings with paper coupons in those weekly plastic bags we find delivered on our doorstep (or somewhere on your property; like old time newspapers)

Love the rewards points they have for items u buy and games puzzles etc to earn extra rewards points lits like money. Also say u are a dog owner and u buy same name brand of dog food after ur 10th bag u get bag free same goes for cat litter treats etc I love the Southgate store employees and managers there are so helpful and very kind always

Amazing service (full grooming) with a great price and the cut was so cute for my Toy Poodle. They took great care of him. He was so happy when I picked him up. I will definitely use them again.

I dropped a huge bag of dog food while going to my car and Deborah was so amazing. She came out and told me to go back in and grab another bag. She was so incredibly kind along with the other female inside with her.

Everybody there is so friendly and helpful. I love the bulk dog bones I get for such a great price! The only downfall is they don't have Purina or some of the normal animal foods. And the foods that they do have are kind of pricey. I go there every week however for the stuff I need! They also have a ton of stuff for birds which I really like
