When your bank account is overdrawn like 100 to 200 dollar they will make you pay it so it will keep on add up until you pay it.You will not know if your bank account is overdrawn on Saturday or Sunday until Monday or Tuesday.

7/9/21 went to update an IRA with my husband. The appointment was made earlier with the manager. When we sat down she left the room for a minute then came back and a moment later a financial adviser Daniel came in. We told him we didnt want to talk to him today we just wanted to handle this matter as we requested. The manager did not turn him away it was a set up. He continued to argue the point that he could make us more money. We said again no we are good. After a few more minutes with us unhappy to be there he left. Manager then started to process the work on a lap top rather than the standard computer. She had to make a call because she was confused at what to do. She completed the transaction we hope. She could not give us a copy because she used a lap top which did t allow a copy. So we must hope for paper work in the mail. Mean while Mr Daniel came back to argue some more even tho we said we don't need his help. He wrote down some figures on paper then tried to explain what it was. He could see we were upset and we did not want him there. He left and we left.We will never go to that branch again. And if we are bothered like that again we plan to take out all our money out of your bank and transfer it to another bank. This is no way to treat customers. When they come in and tell you what they want done you should respect that. You dont set them up with a financial adviser when they say no thank you.Terrible customer service.L hartwig

The drive up atm here is the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. If it's not slow, then it's out of money, or just plain not working at all. The inside is absolutely amazing. The workers are friendly and always expedient. Oh, and the atm actually works inside. Since i do the atm most times, my score is reflective of such.

If I could leave a minus score I would! In 1991 when I moved to MI I opened my checking account with Security Pacific, it had had 2 or 3 name changes until it became PNC. I had a mortgage, paid it off. Took out a home loan paid it off. Got a loan on medical bills from 8 surgeries and no insurance for over $100,000.00 and it is down to $40,000. I wanted to get a new loan because it is at 6.75% and after 3 months of being jerked around, more papers, more documents, more blood they actually denied me. I have NEVER ever not one time been late on a mortgage payment not ever, I have never ever been late on a credit card payment. Even the girls at the bank were embarrassed to tell me and shocked!!! By far the worst bank I have EVER dealt with. They should be ashamed of the idiot who was sending me emails pertaining to the loan and the way he spoke to me. I am now in the process of leaving this pathetic bank and I will be taking my daughters 3 accounts and my 4 accounts as well as a business account! What a disgusting sickening lousy establishment!!!!!

The customer service is AWESOME! Summer met me when I walked in with a smile and a very compelling interest to help me out. Summer performed the tasks I asked for, then showed me how to perform those tasks by myself! Summer is a special supervisor!
