After a personal recommendation, I was eager to try the salon, but was left disappointed due to lack of follow-up and scheduling errors. I initially left a voicemail on May 1st which was not returned, compelling me to visit the salon in person to secure an appointment. Unfortunately, despite canceling my other weekly commitments to accommodate the appointment, I was turned away upon arrival due to a double-booking error the salon did not communicate to me. We were not able to reschedule before my event due to the fully booked salon schedule. While the staff was polite and tried to make an effort after the fact, the salon's appointment system and follow-up on calls need improvements to avoid future customer inconvenience.

I've been using this salon since it opened. They are professional and friendly. They are respectful of all their clients and do fantastic work! The salon is always clean and well maintained. They do fantastic with color and up dos in my experience. I would highly recommend Francesca, Krista, and Bethany. I've been going to Fran for 17 years but ive had servies by all three. My mom, dad, daughter, and friend also go here and love it.Services: Hair coloring

Key points here:I did not receive what I wanted because I was not listened to, which is extremely important for a stylist.They aren't wearing masks like their google description states.I would like to give more than 2 stars because the haircut I got is not a bad job, it was just not what I wanted. Also, their Google information states they are masked, but only the receptionist was. They need to update this to state otherwise. I had Tammy and she briefly glanced at the photo of what I wanted and said it was cute. I really didn't feel she listened to me from the start. I had told her I had washed my hair prior to the appointment and she said she would just wet it then proceeded to wash it. This wasn't exactly a problem but shows how much consideration was shown to what I said I wanted. The style I ended up with was not what I wanted which would be somewhat fine if it could be styled like I want but it can't. I'm going to have to let it grow out a bit and find someone else.

I have been a customer at salon 621 for awhile now. This is the first time I have went home disappointed. I came in for a trim,I wanted to keep my style I just wanted a few pieces thinned. The grow out on some parts were bulky. We clearly had a miscommunication because I basically have a pixie cut in the back. I have very little hair and no ideal on how to fix or style this cut so I don't look like the exact cartoon I said I did not want ro look like "lord farquad". I totally have his look and it is devastating. I have to stop trusting that the stylist is listening because clearly she wasn't.
