Lady isn’t even bothered to talk and answer a question let alone help me buy 3 pairs!! I didn’t bother her and just left!! Pooooooor customer service!

I initially wanted a year‘s supply of contact lenses and they did not have them in stock. The lady would not let me buy what she had in store and place an order for the rest. As a result, it has been three months and I need more lenses but I cannot get them because they are never open when they are supposed to be. I have visited the store four times in the last week. Been out of lenses for three days now and squinting even as I write this review in their parking lot…all bad, would not recommend

Don't reccomend going here for curbside pickup, it won't be ready in the hour time slot given & the person loading the car was beyond rude!

I recommend the tvs. We have bought a few with no issue. Then the tv got damaged. We took it to Sam's and the took it back and we were able to get the same tv with no problems. thank you for making this bad situation better. I am a true Sam's club believer

I tried to buy a pear of glasses, I told them that I already have a prescription in my phone and asked if I can just email it to them but they refused and said it had to be in paper only. They could have printed it with their printer but they made no effort to be even slightly professional, in fact they were rude and me feel unwelcome, like I was a stranger at their house not in a public place.

Everything that you would expect from Walmart's second cousin. Terrible service poor quality product.You get what you pay for! Gladly spending more at another place for better quality and service.

Very poor customer service can't even get a couple pair of lens if you damage yours. Made me buy two whole boxes. Wont go back there.

Do not buy your glasses at Sam's Club, very poor customer service. I recently purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lens and had to take back to store three times I was told the frames I chose were improper for my prescription. I found another frame and they were more money which I had no problem paying the additional cost but explained to the Technician I had purchased two sets of clip on glasses which I no longer have the receipts for at Walmart because they were cheaper and requested if they could provide me with a new clip on sunglasses and her answer was do you expect Sam's Club to pay for your clip on sunglasses. I told her yes because I purchased the clip on sunglasses not expecting to have to return my glasses to Sam's Club because the prescription wasn't proper She still was not willing to make any effort at all to assist me, she never even called the manager of the store to talk with him, she just said they won't do anything for me.

The elder lady with gray/blonde hair was very rude. Plenty of comments are in regard to this lady's ill-mannered character. Why has her employment there not been terminated? She is obviously bad for business.

Horrible customer service and cheap frames and lenses. They don't have a good designer selection, either! I would rather spend more to get better options and service. Won't be going back.

I didn't think it was possible to have a bad experience at an eye exam, been doing it for 30 years, seems pretty simple, but yet...the women at the Southgate Sam's optical center managed to make it a terrible experience.

Went to pick up an already paid for set of contacts. The clerk was waiting for a customer to pick out and try on her frames...the customer was in no hurry. The clerk looked at me and with a big disappointed sigh said it was going to be a while....30 minutes later she gets to me and says okay your next.. .my interaction was 45 secods tops. She could have handled my interaction while she was waiting for the customer for 15 minutes. Bare minimum service with and attitude. I will be going to Costco in the future.
