Valecia is excellent in customer service and very patient. I came in to get a cashier's check and I forgot to tell the customer service rep I needed the remitter to be in my sons name. Valencia patiently assisted the customer service rep to print the check exactly how I wanted it. I worked in banking for years and I know how frustrating it can be at times but she didn't make me feel like it was a burden to change the check for me. The customer service rep also was kind and apologized for not confirming how I wanted the check although it was not his fault. He was kind and thanked me for coming in.

Got rid of there coin machine even though that's the only thing that made them a better Bank and different and onto of that I need to roll all my change for them to even put it in my own account. The teller I talked to was beyond rude to me and acted like I shouldve known they were gone.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!! I went to the ATM to take money out it was unable to process my transaction I NEVER got the money from the ATM, the bank is still taking the money I didn't not receive and it can take up to 10 days to figure it out??????? On top of that they let my account over draft, I opted out of over draft. All because I transferred money.... It said the money was available and then after I tried to withdraw money said it was not available... The only thing they can say is I'm sorry... Who cares if you have bills who cares if you need food.... Tf

Horrible customer service. Three time in the last four months this branch's drive thru has been closed as well as their ATM. this was on 2/5/21 as well as two previous Saturdays, non holidays. I and other customers saw employees in the branch. Doors were locked no one came to doors when we knocked. They would not answer the phone. Had to drive to TCF in Allen Park to do my transaction. Not exactly convenient! Don't bank with TCF!

Always friendly and helpful. They have knocked off overdraft fees and worked with me to solve any problem. Only issue ever is the inability to have someone not on the account deposit money using my debit card. If anyone ever wants to give me money, please allow it to happen.

I was a previous Chemical Bank customer and I am trying to view my acct online. I have followed all the steps to login and set up a new log in, and it wont let me set one up. Then when I call I am told its a minimum 30 min wait for customer service. Unacceptable. I hung up. I guess you will call me when u want this months payment. This information should have been provided to us.

Was promised $250 if I opened account and met certain criteria. I met the criteria but due to COVID-19 I had to open my account online but was told at the time I would still be eligible for the $250. Now they're refusing to honor the $250 bonus because they directed me to open up my account online and told me I would still qualify. I will be closing my account and banking with chase from now on.

Set a savings and checking account up the 1st of February. The only email I've had for over a decade says invalid in online banking, charged for checks I never received but they did refund the amount. Wish I would of looked thru the reviews first I would of never went there. I just couldn't put any money in this account after this semi had to close it down
