There phone service is trash nobody never answer and when it rings it cut itself off after a couple of rings can’t get no human I started from morning to close terrible

Rude staff. Incapable of answering a question without a condescending attitude. It took 14 days for a letter I mailed from Southgate to get to its destination 150 miles North, still in Michigan! No wonder people aren't using the United States Postal Service!

Employees were very nice however management is unhelpful and rude to Employees was very disappointed to witness this today male manager screamed im busy when an employee knocked on office door. A few minutes later hear him laughing and joking with whoever was inside
