i love it here the workers are amazing and kind. theyre also very trustworthy and ive been with this zeal for the past 14 years. the manager currently is an amazing angel i highly recommend coming here just dont bring any of your bs!

Due to the outrageous fees I will be switching Credit Unions. Yes, they have forgiven some fees but being on a fixed income I can’t be charged a fee for something I wasn’t aware of. I’m sure it was in small print in the disclosures. I should have paid better attention. I’ll be headed over to Advantage One.

I found the acting manager to be, one of the rudest persons that I have ever met.I went in to setup a business account, and was dismissed because she was too busyShe actually had two people eating donuts,. And she was on her phone, acting like she was busy. I have decided not to have a business relationship with this bankShe was a hammer to my nail, when deciding to Bank with this company?¡. She should take her fake blonde , chubby self to the unemployment line. I will never bank with this Bank because of her! Southgate Michigan. Trust me, stay away!!!!!

Customer service is not great . Wanted to open an account and get added to my husbands . I get it . He didn’t sign it . Ok . I still wanted to open an account and talk about investing. The women said the don’t do investing? Really? So I took my 45k to Advantage….

ORIGINAL: 4/26/22 If you want to waste your time driving to a credit union that never has their ATM working, then this is the perfect place to come.UPDATE: 4/28/22 I have changed my review to a 5 star only because this place has an amazing Manager named Marie and she took time out of her day to personally contact me after seeing my original review. I honestly was in shock afterwards because of how good of a conversation it was. She truly cares about her members and will go above and beyond for them. I am so impressed. Zeal needs to thank their lucky stars having her!!

I love Zeal CU have my auto loan through them and it was a quick and easy process but it is near impossible to get anyone on the line when you have issues or questions. You wait on hold for almost a hour give up and decide to call again the next day and wait the same time or longer and I eventually give up and never call back. I don’t have enough time during the day if I’m working to wait and your closed when I get off work.

The absolute worst customer service. The dealership where I bought my car steered me here for financing a couple years ago. Hold times on the phone are ridiculous. I just discovered they added $2,200 to my loan account for insurance, even though I have never gone without insurance for even one day. No letter, no phone call, no contact whatsoever. Just increased my balance in February. Now I am trying to reach them to get it corrected and I have already wasted over an hour of my morning. I wish I could give a negative rating. Go ANYWHERE but here.

Hundreds of dollars worth of fraudulent activity on my account and it is near impossible to get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. Usually people want answers rather quickly when something is stolen from them. I guess I will try calling tomorrow and wait on hold again.

I wanted to give a shout out to one of the bank tellers, Myeisha. She gave excellent service and made my day today! She was very friendly. I switched to Zeal from a bank a few years ago and because of the service and tellers like Myeisha I feel like I could not have made a better choice!!
