“One can only imagine what it was like in Europe in the old days, where people went to the market, to buy foods a few times a week, as well as socializing with friends, neighbors, and children's parents. Covid has done a lot towards keeping us isolated. A repose from sitting and watching TV, is a run up to Polly's for Deli Lunchmeat, cheeses, Ora fresh baked cake. During my girls childhood, for 20 years I always ordered their birthday Cakes from Polly's, on Ferguson Road. What was so special? One could order Disney Characters on the cake, my daughter's favorite photo, a creamy whipped topping that wasn't terribly sweet. Much of the rest of the store allotted space for new or traditional world wide cuisine. It always had unique items. My younger daughter, whilst in her teens, refused to eat sandwiches without sprouts. Polly's, had them when no one else did. What more can I say? The best thing is to get off the couch in this icy cold weather, and take a trip to one of three Polly's locations.”

“Nice store, similar to European ones. Prices are quite high when compared to Walmart, but maybe the products are of better quality. There is everything here, from food, supplements, clothes, shoes. Big, clean and tidy store.”

The customer is always treated with respect and the pharmacist will go above and beyond to get your meds in stock if not available that day, great discounts and comparable prices he takes the time to make you feel comfortable and confident you're meds are correct and explains all your questions and concerns, the girls there are wonderful to their customers,they are respectable, courteous and friendly.They take their time to get to know you. l recommend Red Cap to all my friends and family,”

“Since Rite Aid stores began to close, it became apparent that it would be beneficial for me (and the other close members of my family, including my 98 year old dad), to transfer all of our prescriptions over to Brown's Advanced Care Pharmacy. This decision has turned out to be one of the finest I have ever made, especially where prescriptions/pharmacy ideas are concerned. I am truly experiencing a highly positive impact not only with myself, but for the others who were not able to handle this type of decision alone and without tons of information.
Since the first time I drove up to the drive-thru window, I have been treated with respect and everyone that worked there has introduced themselves to me and my dad, not to mention my other close family members who have been treated to absolute kindness and support!

“This a an undercover gem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is often able to get scripts that the big box stores are out of and if you are unable to make it over to the pharmacy they will deliver! I highly recommend giving LTC your business; you won’t regret it.”

“I have loved this Kroger since it was my first job, in high school. Ever since the Pandemic, we have kept with the grocery pickup. There is one individual who always asks about coupons, shares the substitutions, and does a solid job all around.
Today, we went to pick up almost $200 of groceries this morning and were sadly disappointed with our experience. We did not have our usual guy, and had a weird experience. He came out to our spot, asked where we wanted the groceries, loaded them in the bed of our truck, and left. We weren’t sure if he was coming back or not, but waited roughly 10 minutes before making the departure home. When arrived to unpack our groceries, we were shocked to see half of our items were missing from the order.
I quickly called the store and asked if they had a remedy other than requesting a refund on the mobile app. Brian was one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever dealt with! He asked when we would be available and assured me that he had picked out our order himself, so he knew the items SHOULD have been with the rest. We arrived at 4:30 and Brian promptly met us with our missing items as well as a $20 gift card to help remedy the situation.
It’s hard to find places that take care of their customers, let alone a “grocery store/fuel center.” Perhaps is it my slightly biased opinion from shopping here for 10+ years, but if you are coming through town and need ANYTHING. - this is a place you’re always welcome to call home.”

“I travel a lot in and out of state and this Pharmacy and the other Cvs is in St Joseph Mi are the best I don’t even get this level of satisfaction at the Dearborn location it’s always something considering that I live 10 minutes from the Dearborn location.. I understand that their understaffed at this moment… I’ve been told to pick up a seizure med at the Dearborn location then I go get it no one knows what I’m talking about .. thankfully this location has it …..and they were very courteous filling the prescription .. Thank you”

“I've been coming to the Airport Road Meijers for 15 years and although there are some unpleasant visits sometimes, my overall experiences have been very positive. I can't say enough about being able scan as I shop as it saves at least 20 minutes at checkout. It takes just a few minutes to check out with a full cart now. Great selection of everything we need from a grocery store and the remodeling of the pharmacy seems to have sped things up there as well. I speak of going into the store for my prescriptions. The drive-thru is this same speed so I don't use that.”
“If you need cheap prescriptions, Kroger Pharmacy is hard to beat! They almost always have the lowest prices. This one is great because it will take you no time to drop off or pick up your prescriptions because they're really fast here. The people behind the counter are really friendly and kind. I had particularly difficult insurance and it took the woman behind the counter very little time to look it up and apply it. Overall a great place!”

“The pharmacist who assisted me told me that, even though I had been contacted about all of my medications being ready for pick-up, in fact there were a couple that were still being filled. I was frustrated but she immediately offered to have the rest of my medications delivered to my home. She informed me that my insurance provider covered free delivery for all of my medications, and I was unaware. I am so thankful for the offer and excellent service ?”
