“Easily the best pharmacy in town. A while back, I had a panic attack when switching between anxiety medications, and a pharmacist stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, listening to me cry, convincing me I wasn’t dying, and telling me the symptoms I should watch out for that would require medical attention. A chain pharmacy would not do that. Another time, there was a supply issue with a medication I was on. They planned ahead and had scripts of 3ish days worth so that everyone could make it through the weekend until they could get more. When this happened at other pharmacies, I was just told “no,” that they don’t have any and to deal with it.
To top it off, I’ve had really good experiences with the prices of most of my prescriptions.
I am super appreciative of the quality of service at this pharmacy. Whenever people complain to me about their pharmacy, I always recommend Browns.”
“This is the main drugstore I use. I always get nice friendly service and I love all the little extra things. They sell in their store, such as clothing and souvenir type items. This is where I always come to get my medication. I've never had any problems.”

“My wife made 4 p.m. appointments for both of us. We arrived at 3:50 and were promptly.checked in. We were told to sit around the corner and they'd be right out. At 4:30, my wife asked how long it would be until our 4 p.m. appointment. Ooops! Somehow the message hadn't made it. We did get a nice apology and got our shots immediately.”

“Had the pleasure of meeting Kacy and she was so sweet to me and my autistic daughter. Went to pick up some banners I made online and my daughter started throwing a bit of a fit and she offered her some stickers to help with her fit. My daughter accidentally knocked down one of their displays and I felt soo bad and he was just so nice about it. I wish every customer service worker was like him. “One can only imagine what it was like in Europe in the old days, where people went to the market, to buy foods a few times a week, as well as socializing with friends, neighbors, and children's parents. Covid has done a lot towards keeping us isolated. A repose from sitting and watching TV, is a run up to Polly's for Deli Lunchmeat, cheeses, Ora fresh baked cake. During my girls childhood, for 20 years I always ordered their birthday Cakes from Polly's, on Ferguson Road. What was so special? One could order Disney Characters on the cake, my daughter's favorite photo, a creamy whipped topping that wasn't terribly sweet. Much of the rest of the store allotted space for new or traditional world wide cuisine. It always had unique items. My younger daughter, whilst in her teens, refused to eat sandwiches without sprouts. Polly's, had them when no one else did. What more can I say? The best thing is to get off the couch in this icy cold weather, and take a trip to one of three Polly's locations.”
