“One can only imagine what it was like in Europe in the old days, where people went to the market, to buy foods a few times a week, as well as socializing with friends, neighbors, and children's parents. Covid has done a lot towards keeping us isolated. A repose from sitting and watching TV, is a run up to Polly's for Deli Lunchmeat, cheeses, Ora fresh baked cake. During my girls childhood, for 20 years I always ordered their birthday Cakes from Polly's, on Ferguson Road. What was so special? One could order Disney Characters on the cake, my daughter's favorite photo, a creamy whipped topping that wasn't terribly sweet. Much of the rest of the store allotted space for new or traditional world wide cuisine. It always had unique items. My younger daughter, whilst in her teens, refused to eat sandwiches without sprouts. Polly's, had them when no one else did. What more can I say? The best thing is to get off the couch in this icy cold weather, and take a trip to one of three Polly's locations.”

“First time stopping at this Meijer, seems to be recently renovated and matches the layout of my new local Meijer. Easy to find what I needed and plenty of self checkouts were available. Clean, bright, and well stocked!”
“The store is clean & has a good atmosphere, we ran into one old bad apple at the customer service desk when we needed a temporary card. ? Being Memorial Day, they could've had more employees. But for the most part it moved right along as long as you weren't in the food line. ?”
“Easily the best pharmacy in town. A while back, I had a panic attack when switching between anxiety medications, and a pharmacist stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, listening to me cry, convincing me I wasn’t dying, and telling me the symptoms I should watch out for that would require medical attention. A chain pharmacy would not do that. Another time, there was a supply issue with a medication I was on. They planned ahead and had scripts of 3ish days worth so that everyone could make it through the weekend until they could get more. When this happened at other pharmacies, I was just told “no,” that they don’t have any and to deal with it.
To top it off, I’ve had really good experiences with the prices of most of my prescriptions.
I am super appreciative of the quality of service at this pharmacy. Whenever people complain to me about their pharmacy, I always recommend Browns.”
“This is the main drugstore I use. I always get nice friendly service and I love all the little extra things. They sell in their store, such as clothing and souvenir type items. This is where I always come to get my medication. I've never had any problems.”
“Me and my little cousin had to come to the hospital this evening. He got into a fight with a pillow and lost so his noodle got hurt really bad thank goodness that PA Kristen was here to help after cooling his noodle with a popsicle. She made sure that there was no breakage to it, and our night was made better because of her and her wonderful professionalism and bedside manner. Maybe you’ll get it when you come maybe you won’t but we had a great time because of her.”
“This a an undercover gem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is often able to get scripts that the big box stores are out of and if you are unable to make it over to the pharmacy they will deliver! I highly recommend giving LTC your business; you won’t regret it.”

“Had my tires replaced today. I can't remember his name. He wore a cowboy hat. He made sure everything was perfect. And even checked my existing spare to be sure it was safe if I ever needed it. Great worker! I will always buy my tires from Sam's tire service. Amazing crew. Good job guys!”

“My wife made 4 p.m. appointments for both of us. We arrived at 3:50 and were promptly.checked in. We were told to sit around the corner and they'd be right out. At 4:30, my wife asked how long it would be until our 4 p.m. appointment. Ooops! Somehow the message hadn't made it. We did get a nice apology and got our shots immediately.”

One time, we thought there was a shortage of children’s Motrin/Tylenol and we were out of luck, but they happened to have some in stock.Maybe I’m biased because they have been so good to me, but I love Genoa Pharmacy.”

“Had the pleasure of meeting Kacy and she was so sweet to me and my autistic daughter. Went to pick up some banners I made online and my daughter started throwing a bit of a fit and she offered her some stickers to help with her fit. My daughter accidentally knocked down one of their displays and I felt soo bad and he was just so nice about it. I wish every customer service worker was like him. I hope that anytime I come to CVS with or without my daughter she is there. Thank you so much Kacy!! CVS needs more workers like you!”

“By far my best pharmacy experience of the past decade. May seem strange at first since you basically walk through the doctor's office waiting room to get to Red Cap. The staff is so incredible. Their ability to remember names and faces surprised me. The level of service and care given is above and beyond any expectation I had. No joke, I would literally help any one of the staff load and unload a moving truck if they needed it lol.”
