“The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. My uncle, who is a mechanic, suggested that West Michigan Auto Body would be his first choice after I hit a deer and completely ruined the front of my car. I’m very happy that I listened and will recommend them to everyone who is in need of body work.”
“Essings did excellent work on my 1997 Land Cruiser! The front end was damaged in a crash on Henry St, and now looks better than before it happened. Will be returning for further paint work in the future. Steve also provides great customer service. Highly recommended!”
“? I'm sure they Felt me thumpin' down their driveway "Caddy~Wumpin'" in my "hand me down" Honda Pilot with just 3 tires doin' their best, at different air pressure settings, to get my happy .a.. butt there! Unfortunately, ? it was 15 minutes until closing time. ? S O R R Y!!!
By the time I landed at their office door, a man greeted me with a choice of; coffee, coke or a lg. bottle of water! Meanwhile, another man scampered ?from tire to tire calling out; the placement of each tire, the size, quality of the tread and the air pressure to his Phone. the "Secretary." LOL
I was asked "How I wanted to treat that dead fourth tire?" Once it was on the lift and getting the tires filled with air. And within a Grand Total of 20 minutes, I was out of there with a balanced (Looking enough for the weekend??) Honda Pilot and one New (to me) tire! All at a better price then my own Dad would offer! And he owns a few towing businesses in another town!! LOL ?? . THANKS NEIGHBORHOOD AUTO SERVICE CENTER FOR BEING SO AWESOME!!!!! ???????????.”
“I just bought this vehicle and it had a small chip in the windshield. I wanted to get it repaired so I called Arnold’s. They got me in the same day, only costed $35!!

“Want an honest, faith-based, auto body shop you can trust, who will fix your car for as cheap as they possibly can? Look no further. After my wife got in a wreck and knocked off the front bumper of my car, a family member told me to check out Lee's. I went in, and initially was quoted a number to fix everything that I agreed upon. Turns out, Lee's figured out a way to fix it using some of my salvageable front grill and bumper parts, and when I went to pick up the car, the cost was $500 less than what I had initially been quoted. Do you know how easily they could have just charged me what I agreed to pay? What integrity that displays? What $500 back in my pocket means to a dad with young kids in Muskegon County? “I never got around to it because life got in the way. I struck a deer last October. And when Gerber said it would be after January before my car would get fixed, Gary got me in ASAP, had a loaner for me to use and fixed my little red fusion right up. He did great work! He helped me walk through this process as I have never made a claim since I was in high school which my father helped me with that. And overall…. Couldn’t be happier.

“My mom’s vehicle was badly damaged in an accident and my sister and I both needed to be involved with the process to fix it with insurance and then with City Auto on behalf of our mom. I talked with Scott first and then Brandt was in close communication with my sister, myself and my mom to keep us all in the loop and he was incredibly kind and patient and went above and beyond all expectations of excellence to not only make sure the car was fixed right and safe for our mom but billed the insurance directly and even had the seat cleaned where grease had gotten on it between the towing and the insurance companies impound lot. “Throttle cable on my Harley broke and thank God right in front of this shop. Larry was incredibly generous and let me borrow a couple tools to expose the broken cable and offered me vice grips to work the cable so I could get the bike home. Larry saved me a ton of time and money for a tow. I couldn’t be more appreciative of his generosity.”
