“I had to leave on a business trip across a few states with very little notice and I felt like I needed an alignment so I called the company to see if they had a room to just squeeze me in.Turns out I needed a control arm. Not only did they tell me this, they offer to pull you onto the shop floor to show you what they are seeing. Absolutely love that.My car exhaust is also loud so they recommended me elsewhere because if they did it they would have to replace the entire exhaust. They were honest, they didn't deny the job but gave me all the information to make my own decision and I love that.They even drove me back to my job while they worked on my car. Just wow!You can tell they all work as a team and are trying their best to give you the best service from the desk lady who is a super friendly and knowledgeable down to earth lady, the person working on your car who will sit and explain everything to you, and even the manager was smiling and cracking jokes - work appropriate of course. Love that they all seem to actually enjoy their job and work together so well.If you're nervous about taking your car here, don't be. I will 100% be back when needed and I would 100% recommend them! I have never before been to a car repair shop where I actually learned something, was described the issue and felt completely confident in the services. I can say that about here and it makes me so happy! Thank you!!”

“I have the wash club membership. Love that they have locations all over in my area so I can fly through one wherever I'm running errands. They use a TON of soap! Love the remodels they are doing on all of their washes too. Fun lights to see the foam.”

“Great experience! Got a flat tire and stopped in same day to get it replaced. Keith was very honest with my need for four new tires and offered a very competitive price compared to other tire dealers. The team at Eastown not only replaced my tires same day, but they put air in my spare and put it back in its original position in my car. Oh, did I mention they do free tire rotations?
