“This review is way overdue. I took my F-150 to Robert do he could just take it for a test drive that he fit in with a busy schedul. 2 other well known shops told me I had a transmission issue. We weren't down the road a few miles and Robert said it's not your transmission. He thought it was my drive shaft even though I had just replaced it with a Ford OEM drive shaft. He removed it, arranged for it to be taken to Grand Rapids to have it balanced and then reinstalled it. Guess what? The vibration was gone. Robert saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy to work with. You might have to wait a while to get in, but that's the result of someone who is good.”

“This team was incredible! I was on a road trip from Iowa to Northern Michigan when I was having some problems with my vehicle. They were able to get me in the next day and thoroughly diagnose the situation. The communication from the team to me as the customer was top notch. They were efficient and professional and got the job done. I was on my way and made it safely to my next destination to visit my parents. Thank you so much for helping me out!! And for was able to make it to Ohio and then back to Iowa and the van is working great!”

“Very happy all the way around, this was from a couple years ago I live out of town and forgot to put a review in. Just referred somebody else... Which reminded me.”
“Very helpful to determine needed repairs and subsequent scheduling. They even called to discuss a delay in completion when they thought they might not finish as promised.”
“We have used Kent (Lakeside Towing) multiple times for multiple reasons from towing to repairs. He is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. Thank You for being there for us when needed.”
“Hunter and the lakeside auto team were a big help. They cared more about helping me get into the car I needed then making extra money ontop of the sale. Great people, great timely experience thank you again.”

“5 Stars!
Intelligent Mechanic! Highly recommended!
They diagnosed my ignition coil as the problem when Good Guys Garage in Fruitport could not. They fixed it fast too!
They also diagnosed and fixed my A/C just in time for these 95 degree days.
Look no further these guys are the best!”
