“The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. My uncle, who is a mechanic, suggested that West Michigan Auto Body would be his first choice after I hit a deer and completely ruined the front of my car. “Robert took care of my 2010 F150 transmission last year (2022) when it was leaking some fluid, and also addressed a TSB issue.Service was great, communication was awesome.The shop is fairly new and the last time I stopped in (2023) Robert was taking the time to keep it immaculate (opened the door to him sweeping and cleaning). “Had to take my car in after busting my radiator leading to over heating. We were in a pinch trying to make an important appointment in Ann Arbor. I'm fairly certain the guy who helped was Tyler (sorry I'm bad with names), but he was amazing. He did everything possible to ensure we would be able to make the appointment through other means. We unfortunately couldn't make it, but it wasn't from a lack of effort.They did good work on my car to ensure I'd be safe to make my 2 1/2 hour trip back home. I hope never to have that issue again out there lol but if I did this is the place I'd go.”
