“Who needs medicine when you have such cheerful, upbeat, attentive, professional people to be with! Jim and his staff go out of their way to help you. I go in there twice a week just to buy an ice cream bar (only $1.25!!!!!) and to be around those nice folks! Actually, the entire village is like that, but the pharmacy tops the list! Wish I had a few more gold stars to post. I'll get some at the pharmacy and another ice cream bar!”

“I have a senior dog that is having some health issues. My vet called in an RX for Watkins to make for her. Received a call shortly after that it was ready. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I had many questions about this RX. They even called to check on her a few days later.”

“I had the best customer service tonight with Trisha and Melanie. After a few different visits to other pharmacies, where I either had poor customer service or the prescription I needed was not in stock, those two ladies were very helpful! Even walking with me over to the over the counter options to help me find something in the mean time to help with my issues. At this point it didn't look like my prescription was going to go through. It finally did and they were quick go call me, even thought they were closing. Thank you so much ladies! I was physically in pain but you two made the that trip pain free! If you would accept trucare insurance I would definitely be using you as my pharmacy! Thanks again!”

“Coming to Muskegon family care was kinda iffy for me at first . But my son happened to get one of the best doctors ever . Dr.Agana is amazing she has been his doctor for about 4 years. She takes her time with him she listens . We see her in the community and she knows who we are . Makes a difference we are not just a number . “I visited the drive through Meijer Pharmacy on Norton Ave feeling like I was on death’s door. It was my 3rd pharmacy visit this morning trying to obtain a covid test covered by insurance, or at least buy one through the drive through. Every other pharmacy I stopped to was rude, and insisted I must come inside to purchase a test. Jazzy at Meijer checked my insurance, sadly the tests weren’t covered, but she was happy to sell me one through the drive through. Her smile made me feel just a little better, and she took the time to check for me and didn’t make me parade around the store while sick. No clue if Meijer employees get a pat on the back for a positive review, but Jazzy deserves some recognition.”
