“I change my own oil usually but I’ve brought my wife’s car here for years since it still had the manufacturers warranty. Every time I’ve gotten the oil changed they’ve always been friendly, don’t up-charge you on things you don’t need, charge a fair price. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I called the towing number for Auto Owners Insurance Company today 5/20/24. The towing service they used told me 10 minutes or less, 2 1/2 hours later still no one. My husband went over to College Chevrolet in Albion where they called Zicks for me. He was there in 10 minutes. When the other company called they said they were still 20 minutes out. I told them not to bother since Zicks had just arrived. Thank you for this great service. They towed me to the car dealership in minutes. Don't ever use the towing through Auto Owners Insurance Company. I now have their phone number in my phone.”

I expected them to have my car 3 days, they had it 1. I was treated kindly and respectfully. I'm a customer for life!”
