They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and explained the app to me without talking down to me one bit or making me feel stupid for not being to tech savvy. “An under appreciated convenience for the village. I’m always greeted by an employee upon entering or while shopping. Despite what seems to be the business model for DG, running day to day operations understaffed or overworking salaried employees, the staff at this particular location stay busy if there are no customers ready for checkout, are always polite and helpful and probably more loyal to the company than the company itself deserves. As someone who was once upset about the idea of a Dollar General being put in, the convenience and consistency of my shopping experiences has changed my view.”
