I'd like to thank the two gentlemen that work at the Auto Zone at 31009 Harper in St. Clair Shores. They were so kind to me tonight. They were able to put air in my tire that had a nail in it. I was able to get back home and then to work this evening!! Thanks again!!??

I wanted to take a pause and give a huge applause and thank you again to Daniel the manager. From the time i walked in the store I was greeted and helped. He went beyond the duty and pulled out my old battery and replaced it with the new one. Also, it got colder and windy outside. When it was completed, Daniel stated if I have anymore auto needs feel free to call or stop back in store. Outstanding customer service! Keep up the great work. Thank you for being a blessing! God bless you!!!

Our vehicle stalled out at the gas station across the street. We stopped into the store for a battery charge, but associate Megan drove over to our vehicle and attempted a jump. She gave her best effort, but had to give up when the vehicle still wouldn't start. She suggested a battery replacement, and told us we could borrow a set a tools. When we purchased the battery and returned with the set of tools, the store manager happened to be gassing up one pump over and assisted with battery replacement. Beyond full service. So thankful.

Ryan and Megan were absolutely phenomenal!I was left stranded by the 13 mile and harper location.Megan went out of her way to try to jump start the vehicle, and then took the initiative to bring her own vehicle after she punched out from work to help out on her own time.Ryan helped out to change the battery for me.I think both Ryan and Megan went over and above and exuberance excellent customer service!

Worst Autozone ever. The young kid tried to check my battery for me. He didn't know which post was positive or negative. He gave me attitude when I showed him which one was which.Told the kid twice what year, make and model it was, and he asked me again. I said that I told him twice already and told him a third time, and he rudely told me not to give HIM attitude. My fiancée was there. She spoke up and said I wasn't giving him attitude. At that point, we decided we were not dealing with this store anymore after all these years since this location opened. Never the same people there. Each time there are new people, they are worse than the previous employees. The help wanted sign is always on display. I have had enough. I've spent thousands of dollars there over the years, and this is how I get treated for my loyalty??? Autozone just lost a lifetime customer. O'Reilly autoparts...here I come!!!!!!!!

Had some problems with my brake light. Ryan was super helpful and fixed the problem. I thought I would be spending a lot of money on it, but it was a quick fix and all for free. Ryan is your man!

I've been a customer here for several years. The customer service has always been excellent.A few weeks ago our SUV had a dead battery and needed to be jump started. Even though it started fine after that, I stopped at AutoZone and requested a battery check.Ryan hooked a tool up to the battery, ran the diagnostics, and let me know that, especially given the age of the battery, it would probably need to be replaced soon. BUT, instead of trying to pressure me into buying a new battery on the spot, he suggested I wait, and see how the battery performed over the next week or so. (turned out that I did need to replace it)Most recently, I needed supplies and tools to rebuild the top end of my Mercruiser 4 cylinder engine.Ryan to the rescue! He was great, and helped me out with everything I needed, especially a torque wrench and a thread repair kit.The entire team at this location is really helpful and have great attitudes. And, the Tool Loan program is really a huge cost saver.

My husband and I went into the St.Clair Shores location (as we always do) to get some info about a warranty for a starter we got that failed. Megan B helped us out. Not only did she get us our starter the next day but she was such a pleasure!! Could not have been happier with her customer service! Not only that, but while we were there, another employee was on the phone with a customer who wanted some part prices. Megan asked the other employee what parts they needed prices for and while the guy was looking it up, Megan gave him all the prices ( from memory) and was right every time!! This girl knows her job! And is super kind as well! That’s what I call a BOSS!! Thank you Megan! You are amazing!!!

Ryan and Daniel stayed late (after 10 pm) to sell and install a new car battery, after I had my vehicle towed to the store. Can't thank them enough for allowing me to get home.
