“I get such wonderful service when I go to this store. They are so kind and help you find just the right gifts. A couple of weeks ago, I was very ill and needed some things. The woman who answered my call was so helpful. She not only found the things I needed and she read the cards to me. My nurse went to pick it up for me, and she isn't Catholic but she ended up shopping too. Wonderful Place, Thank you”
“Clean, large store with a great Starbucks in the center. Only issue was no place to plug in a laptop in the cafe and I think the book store is missing some chairs or benches around the store like other locations. Staff was awesome! Very personalable service which is so unusual in any retail today.”
“Interesting items. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Loved the variety of the artisan items(except the white sage) but the posters were a nice touch and the place was decorated very intricately with all of the various displays.”

“They have a great selection of both new and used items. Fantastic place for comics and funko pop! Not the best at trade in vale for your items. Feels like they have 80 to 90% margin on their used items. It's better to sell your items elsewhere.”

“This place is so cute. I've always thought it would be cool to have a bookstore for just kids, I just wish it was closer to my house. They have so many great books to get little ones and it's a very kid friendly environment. Everything in the bookstore is priced very reasonably too. In the back they have a little cafe that they sell drinks and ice cream. On certain days you can bring your kids in for book readings. Such a genius idea.”
“Great experience here back in October. I'm a klutz by nature. Very uncoordinated. I walked into the store, pulled my phone out of my purse - and watched my phone go flying into the beautiful display of Christmas ornaments along the wall. The crashing sound it made was a nice addition. The soundtrack of my life. The lady behind the counter came running out to make sure I was okay. She wasn't concerned about the ornaments or that I was a potential bull in a china shop. I will be back! (that's a promise, not a threat) but I will leave my phone in the car.”

“The bookstore is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a class. The store is huge! The downsides are that there is only one register usually and the card reader never works so, it's time consuming and the parking, especially when busy and bad weather, is very inconvenient. There are only 3-4 parking spaces in front, with a few handicap parking spaces. If those are filled, you have to go to the next parking lot and walk. If you've ordered a lot of stuff or it's raining, it's a pain in the butt. But, the staff there are nice and try to be helpful. With a little patience, open parking, and an off-peak hour visit, you can be in and out in under 10 minutes.”

“New owners have taken over as of the 1st of July. Customer service seems to be something that is cared about now. The Store seems to be getting organized and shifted around. It seems they are trying to express goodwill to change the negative narrative that was created around this store. Very much looking forward to coming back to see the progress after the disaster that was the last year at this store. Bigger, brighter, more helpful and can’t forget about the amazing selection of puzzles, funko pops, games, and of course fun.”
