  I went to this location to get another card and the woman just ignored the fact I was just sitting waiting for over 15 minutes until finally someone finally said something. The bank was completely empty.

  Need to hire more people in the St.Joan and Mack branch. Waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru in nuts.
