“Verizon Wireless in Sterling Heights on Van Dyke Ave. This place was so laid back and the environment was chill which was an added plus for me when I walked in the door. The sales rep Joey, was That Guy! He ran down every scenario, every option, and any discount that might apply. This included using insurance that I had. I ended up with a new version of my current phone with a cheaper monthly bill. I truly appreciate his hard work, diligence, and expertise! I highly recommend this location to all Verizon customers!”

“Went to Claude for a cracked screen, and this guy was awesome. When he fixed my phone unfortunately a mistake was made when clamping down with his tool to seal the screen and it cracked a little. However he gets 5 stars because of how he handled it. Accidents happen no matter what but how one handles it is where you find out what kind of customer service you get. He was extremely apologetic and made sure the screen was replaced. When I offered to cover the cost of the second screen since this is a local business he refused. Thanks Claude, you're a real one!”

They helped me get all new services for way lower price than Xfinity, and I was able to get my new cell phone the same day! And I didn’t I have to wait at all to be seen!”
“Shantrice is absolutely amazing! She gave my mom and I every discount available, Shantrice and my mom both are fighting stage 4 cancer. And we bonded talking about our experiences. She was very kind and knew exactly what she was talking about in terms of phones and even spent an hour transferring my Auntie's 11 year old phone data to her new phone! Shantrice gave us the best phone store experience we have ever had!

“Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man. IPhone 16 Pro - truck completely bent the frame ( LITERALLY crushed it like a fortune cookie) , crushed the glass, ruin the controls and destroyed the speaker.
!! Dropped it off on Friday....They FINISHED it IN TWO DAYS.
The best part, they answered me anytime I had a question, walked me through the payment, and my phone looks like I just picked it up brand new from the Apple store.
