The sales rep Joey, was That Guy! He ran down every scenario, every option, and any discount that might apply. This included using insurance that I had. I ended up with a new version of my current phone with a cheaper monthly bill. I truly appreciate his hard work, diligence, and expertise! I highly recommend this location to all Verizon customers!”

“Thank you!!!! The Sterling Heights Xfinity Store went above and beyond to help me receive my promotional credit that wasn’t applied when I upgraded two phones last November . One received the $700 credit but the other was not recognized. After 5 months of dealing with agents online and a myriad of excuses, CJ, other store reps including management worked hard to convince Xfinity and Assurance that I was due the $700 credit. It took three days and numerous ECM investigations to finally get it done. Kudos to the staff and management at the Sterling Heights Xfinity store 14 Mile and VanDyke. 👏👏👏.”

“Will the store was clean there was not much busy they were professional but really didn't have a lot of information on what I needed to be handled one of the young man told me where to go and I appreciate that but the female worker she didn't really know much of anything but if you want to go to a Xfinity real store that knows all about their real company it would be on 11 Mile and Harper that is the real Xfinity store”

The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had.
