“I had an issue with my iPhone after doing a factory reset (I accidentally deleted my eSIM 🤦🏽♀), and I had to rush to the Xfinity store in St. Clair Shores to get it resolved. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and honestly, I could tell the team had probably had a long day and was ready to wrap things up. However, I desperately needed my phone service restored, and they welcomed me with patience, kindness, and a willingness to help. I want to give a SPECIAL THANK YOU to Alicia! She was incredibly patient and stayed committed to helping me get my eSIM working, even when the process took some time. I was frustrated with the situation and tired myself, but she remained professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The other young man on the team also stepped in to help while they were trying to close up for the evening. Then Angelo (I believe that was his name) came over to assist as well. Every single one of them contributed to making sure I received the help I needed. What stood out to me most was their ATTITUDE. They could have easily rushed me, made me feel like an inconvenience because they were closing soon, or simply done the bare minimum. Instead, they demonstrated patience, teamwork, kindness, and genuine customer care. I know customer service can be challenging, especially after a long day, and I truly appreciated how they handled the situation. I walked in frustrated and unsure of what I had done to my phone, but their willingness to help made all the difference. I also want to sincerely apologize to the team for keeping you past closing. I felt so bad because I knew you all had probably had a long day, and I could tell you were ready to wrap things up. I was tired and frustrated myself, and I truly appreciated you taking the time to help me anyway. I know you didn’t have to show me that level of patience and kindness, especially at the end of your shift, but you did, and I am so grateful. I hope you all know how much I appreciate the extra time and effort you put into helping me get my phone working again. Thank you for being so understanding and accommodating! THIS is what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like! It’s not just about fixing a problem; it’s about how you treat people while helping them solve it. Xfinity, please recognize these employees for the outstanding service they provided. Alicia, Angelo, and the other team member deserve to know that their patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. They represented your company exceptionally well, and I hope their management acknowledges the great job they did. I am genuinely grateful for their help and wanted to take the time to share my experience because good customer service deserves to be celebrated just as much as bad customer service deserves to be addressed. Thank you all for going above and beyond, especially when you were so close to closing! You turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I appreciate every one of you. Keep up the AMAZING work! 👏🏽💜”

“Verizon Wireless in Sterling Heights on Van Dyke Ave. This place was so laid back and the environment was chill which was an added plus for me when I walked in the door. The sales rep Joey, was That Guy! He ran down every scenario, every option, and any discount that might apply. This included using insurance that I had. I ended up with a new version of my current phone with a cheaper monthly bill. I truly appreciate his hard work, diligence, and expertise! I highly recommend this location to all Verizon customers!”

“I damaged my phone and decided I’ll just go ahead and purchase a new one. Lance was appointed to assist me with the purchase and set up and I’m grateful for the experience. Lance went above and beyond his duties as an T-Mobile representative, I truly hope he is rewarded for such! He is professional, Informative, patient, and a pleasant representation of T-Mobile. Lance worked diligently to assist me with all the issues I had today. I would highly recommend him to any and everyone who desires the experience of outstanding customer service:) Thank you Lance!”

“Thank you!!!! The Sterling Heights Xfinity Store went above and beyond to help me receive my promotional credit that wasn’t applied when I upgraded two phones last November . One received the $700 credit but the other was not recognized. After 5 months of dealing with agents online and a myriad of excuses, CJ, other store reps including management worked hard to convince Xfinity and Assurance that I was due the $700 credit. It took three days and numerous ECM investigations to finally get it done. Kudos to the staff and management at the Sterling Heights Xfinity store 14 Mile and VanDyke. 👏👏👏.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience with Waheedah Uddin. She was absolutely amazing! I came in for an upgrade and left with a few extras. She even stayed beyond her lunch break to make sure everything was taken care of and did a fabulous job. She kept my husband and me smiling the entire time. We shared plenty of laughs, but what impressed me most was her ability to remain professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. If you’re looking to upgrade anytime soon, make this your store of choice. I would most definitely recommend Waheedah and her team to anyone. Thank you for such outstanding customer service!”
