“So I had an issue with installing AT&T fiber that NO ONE on the phone could solve, so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Dominic, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have been on the phone with at&t for the last few days with no progress. He followed up for me since the visit to make sure I get fiber. I finally do have it installed, so I hope he gets the commission associated with it because everyone else at AT&T that I did speak to has, for lack of better words, pretty useless, because they had me go around in circles and stressed me out for about a week. Highly highly recommend going here for complicated issues that need resolution.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to recognize the head manager and the tall young manager who helped my best friend and me during our recent visit. They were absolutely incredible — truly going above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of before we left the store. Their level of customer service was exceptional — patient, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to meet employees who care that much about their customers, and they both truly deserve a raise for the outstanding job they do. Honestly, if they don’t get a raise, they should have their own business because they are that good! It’s clear they’re working with passion and purpose — I’m so grateful for the help they provided. Thank you both so much for an unforgettable experience. Cricket is lucky to have you on the team!”

“I'd rather walk 25 minutes to this local hardware store than have the same item delivered at less cost from the big box stores. Support of your friendly local business is priceless, and well worth some friendly conversation.”

“Steve and Andy are thee best. I was greeted by being asked would I like something to drink. The professionalism and courtesy is impeccable for a Metro Pcs. They made me feel as if they knew me. I bought 2 tablets and was given the best deal/ fast efficient timing and was even gifted small toys for my little ones. I dont review often yet I ran home to do this! If your in the area this is definitely the Metro PCs to stop by. You would not believe how great the service is!?”

“I usually go to the Metro PCS at 8 mile and Evergreen because it is close to my house, but had caught the salesperson there lying to me. Twice now he’s told me my phone is irreparable and I’d have to buy a new one, I came to this place for a second opinion, and they were able to fix it for me free of charge! When I buy a new phone, I’m coming here! Delighted with the service!”

“Layth is seriously the best! I was in MI for vacation and my phone broke completely. Since I work from my phone it was imperative that I get a new one STAT! I must also mention I was looking to get out of my Tmobile plan, so Layth took the reigns and totally took care of me. In a matter of 30 minutes, had me signed up with a new Sprint plan with 2 brand new iphones, screen protectors.. the works! This plan is the same price as I currently pay except I didn't have all the bells and whistles like FREE HULU! I called to thank Layth later for making this all a very painless and fast process. He told me I also received 2 $100 gift cards for switching. I am very happy with my service at this location and would recommend that anyone who is having phone trouble or needing to get on a new or cheaper plan.. GO HERE!!!! They will take care of you. Thanks Layth! -T”

“This is a Metro PCS store that excels in customer service! The manager, all the way down to the staff are great at assisting customers. Almost everyone in here is bilingual which helps drive its in the heart of Mexican town. They gave away lots of free food and snacks for customer appreciation day. They paid for the Mean Weenie food truck to give away hot dogs for free. They also provided drinks, chips, cookies and more for each customer. They also raffled off a free phone with the first month of service paid for! Every customer that walked in seemed to leave very happy with the service and product that they received. If you are on the area or just need good service from a Metro PCS wireless store, i would say to come here! I loved my experience here!”
