“Pretty good. They had some band shirts I had never seen at any hot topics before, but sadly, most of the ones I wanted were sold out. I will be back for them tho!! Also the only hot topic I've seen with shoes in store!!! There weren't many as the store is on the smaller side, but it was still more than others have. I DON'T LIKE the fact that the coupons mostly are used online I don't think that's fair I just might start back shopping at forever 21 we spend LOTS OF MONEY AT RUE21 and can't use coupons in store they give $5 here for instore use doesn't amount up to much compared to the amounts we spend”

“I love everything L.L. Bean. I didn't know for the longest time that there was a store in my area. I stopped here before Christmas to pick up a gift and I spent awhile looking around. The store was kept tidy and clean. Many staff walking around to help you out. Only downside is it's part of an outside mall complex so you have to park and walk outside a bit before reaching the store”

“These people are amazing. I want to give a special thank you to the person in charge. I am not from the area and went in shopping. I purchased a few things and went to pay, but my card didn't go through and I didn't have any cash on me. I showed that I did have money in my account, and the owner said it has to do with my bank. I told him I can go back to get cash but I am 30 min away and he then just took the money out from his pocket and paid the amount for me! Even though it wasn't a lot, he thanked me for coming in and said happy holidays! I asked if anyone had venmo or cash app or if he had it and no one did, and he said not to worry about it. He knew the drive there and back would most likely be as much as the amount I was paying. God bless him and everyone in that store and my friend if you are reading this, you are an angel and have made me see that there truly are beautiful souls still out there. God bless you all!”

I took in 2 large bags and a laundry basket of clothes and they accepted probably around 3/4 of it and I got $90. The employees were also very nice and allowed me to pick up my clothes the next day since the wait was around 3 hours and I had to go into work before they were able to finish!”
