“I called ahead multiple times and came to the store multiple times after being told my order was ready, only to be told after I arrived that my order is still not here. The order is now 17 days old, and we still do not know where my order is. However, the manager today went out of her way to offer me options. She even offered to personally drive the order to my house once they found it since I lived close, which of course I declined but it was kind of her to even offer something like that. Luckily we found the item happened to be in stock in the store, so she was able to just pull it out of stock and give it to me. I appreciate her going out of her way to help me, and I think her customer service should be applauded. I apologize I didn’t get her name, but hopefully the company will recognize her from the date and location of this review. If she sees this, thank you again for setting this right for me!”

“I went to pick up a bottle of Eternity for men. The staff was helpful and kind. The stock was a bit disorganized but she found what I needed. I also picked up a pair of shoes. They have a big selection of styles and colors of men's shoes. Also, it seems most sizes are on the shelf and well organized.”
“Had a really nice experience at the Hot Topic in Macomb Mall! The employee Giovanni was absolutely amazing and fabulous super helpful, kind, and genuinely wanted to assist me. Even though the anime selection was pretty disappointing (it felt like everything else was prioritized over anime), Giovanni made the visit worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back just for him. He was truly a standout!
That said, Hot Topic really should focus more on anime and not push it aside for other trends. There’s a huge community of anime fans who would love to see it better represented in-store!”

“What an awesome store. I was excited to stop in here because at home, there are no stores, only ordering online, so this was my first experience inside of a L.L. Bean store. The woman who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The store and fitting rooms were clean and free of clutter. I ended up needing to order a size of a top not on the floor - communicate between the associate who helped me on the floor to the one behind the counter on ordering the item was done clearly and effectively. Ordering the item was easy, and it was free shipping right to my house. I purchased a dog mat (water/food bowl) and waterproof, super soft blanket, which my pup loved. Great experience! L.L. Bean is a great resource for hiking/outdoor gear that is high-quality.”

In Laura s place you can take pictures from every angle and as many as you want.Laura is very sweet, polite and very helpful.When we asked her about holding the dress for my daughter for a day , she agreed to it without hesitation.What s very unique - Alternations are included in the dress price!I highly recommend this place;)”

“I've been coming to Lane Bryant since I was about 16.
I am always pretty reserved when I go to the store, I've been measured probably twice before and until today I stubbornly stuck with the size I was given like 6 years ago despite the fit becoming more and more uncomfortable.
I was helped by Maria today, and I'm so glad I decided to stop being stubborn and accept her help.
My size has gone up and she helped me find a really comfortable bra that didn't feel like it was squeezing me to death! lol
She is a lovely human being, beautiful inside and out and I have to say she gets a 10/10 from me for being so kind and patient. I know I can be a silly goose and just yap away when I get comfortable.
So thank you Maria, keep being amazing. I'll have to make more in store visits from now on so I don't buy the wrong sizes again online!”

“I was very impressed with how helpful and kind Teresea, the manager, and her staff were. I had ordered multiple items online and was returning items that didn't work out...I always order multiple sizes. Instead of acting inconvenienced by my 5 separate returns, the manager was very nice and accommodating. I actually tried my online purchases on in the Chico's fitting room and the manager gave mw feedback as to what sizes she thought fit best. I will definitely return to this store! And, if I see something online for a less expensive price than the in-store price, the manager said that they will price match thecirrentday's online price! I was very impressed with the level of service at this store!:)”

“Pure Barre is amazing!!! I started my journey over 10 years ago, and I was Inflamed from sickness and weak from lack of exercise. I can't believe how good I feel 10 years later and all the great things that have happened along the way. my daughter is an instructor because of it. I have so many friends from the PB community. We have so many fun events and cool different formats of class to take weekly. I honestly dont see myself ever not belonging to a Pure Barre. community!!!”
