“Dropped for no reason on Memorial Day weekend…Sunday, 3 big races. What the hell?!!
Update: Service has gotten better, actually had long stretch of great service, no outages. Over the last month or two, they upgraded service, replaced modems at all houses and service has been spotty. Don’t think we’ve gone a week over 2 months without some type of outage. Hoping things return to normal.
A bit later, called in to see what’s going on. There are no storms, weather is fine. Support tech said “yeah, there’s an outage, you can call back later or in the morning”. No explanation whatsoever. Been here 4 weeks and was impressed until today, once there’s an issue, their support sucks.”
