Comcast customer service is getting worse and worse. Now it's hard to even talk to a real person. They try to send you a link to connect you to an agent but if you have the wrong phone number associated with your account you are screwed.

Had a cable buried and while in the process they stomped on a young butterfly bush. This is not a cheap item it cost me fifty dollars. This by the way is the only avenue for complaints
