My sister and I did awkward sibling photos here and Juan understood the assignment! He was so on board for the whole thing, even knew extra poses for us to try and made us a special awkward edit. If you're able to request a photographer, request Juan!

I have been a JCP customer for many years, but I am not happy with what I have seen in the last few years. lakeside has only one register open upstairs and you cannot use your coupons on clearance items. These two changes have made people not happy to shop there. I don’t want to see JCPenney close so I hope management can address these two issues before it’s too late.

I was at the Lakeside location today and had to use the bathroom on the main floor. It was terrible..two bathrooms were out of order and it was old and dingy looking, the floor and counter was dirty. Seriously spend a little money to upgrade the bathrooms for the customers.
