Scam store product. Sold me an "acer" onn brand charger that didn't fit an acer aspire 5. It said it did.

Came here with a few questions for my daughters recent project. I needed a few things that were locked up, and they were able to help with that. I feel the service was good, not really sure why they have such a bad rating. I do enjoy coming here when I feel its necessary. Walmarts always been great!
