“Before moving to California, I used to stop by Baghdad Market all the time, and it was always one of my favorite places in Sterling Heights. The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Iraqi flavor. The market is clean, well organized, and the prices are very affordable. The owners and staff are amazing people—always friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Since we provided auto glass service for many of the big dealerships around the area, we knew the neighborhood very well, and Baghdad Market was always a trusted spot for great food and groceries.”

“If you find yourself in the mundane suburbs and need some Polish groceries, thiss is a good place to go.They have a hot bar, with foods like bigos and city chicken.The deli is not as good as the one in Hamtramck because they don't have as big a selection.But, before wigilia, you can stop in and pick up a carp to swim in your bathtub, before serving it for dinner.Overall, they have a comprehensive selection of Polish food items.”

“I love this beautiful Syrian market! I was excited to find out there was a Syrian market not too far from home considering they make some of the most delicious food! The store was very well planned, with gorgeous interior design ornaments throughout. Not only is this a great market for food items but also some amazing home goods, cooking pans, detergents, etc. I got some amazing halal chicken breast which was exactly what I needed for a Kabab recipe I was planning. The staff was super nice and very receptive which is a plus when looking for awesome customer service. To feel like family is worthy of repeat customers. Thank you guys and may Allah SWT reward you for your kindness and great ingredients.”

“They have good products, but you have to check the expiry dates to ensure your product is fresh.
Again, I am not saying they have expired products but some products are near expiry kept at full price. Hence, you will not realise that unless its nearing expiry date.
They have great variety in frozen food! And they are well priced too. I highly recommend this place for Indian grocery.”
“Went here for the first time never shopped at dollar general before and everything went smooth. When I’m on the app shopping it says everything is out of stock but when you go in the store to shop all the shelves were stocked I found all my items on my list which was perfect. The employees are friendly and helpful. So yes this will be one of my couponing .”

I want to specifically highlight Mina, an Egyptian staff member who truly stands out. He is extremely professional, respectful, and always goes above and beyond to help customers. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he makes every visit smooth and pleasant.
Mina is hardworking, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to his job. Employees like him are rare and valuable — he definitely deserves recognition and a promotion for his efforts.

“The only problem I have is that I was there Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm and I hadn't used my debit card for 2 days prior to this and I had someone who copied my card number and try to cash $404.00 at key bank in West Bloomfield at 4:04pm.Thank god they never got the money from ATM machine outside key bankI was informed that any machine that is considered kiosk machines can copy the numbers off any cardPretty scary and this is the first time this has ever happened to me in All the years I have been banking”

“This is a one of a kind, rather junky, eclectic, random, gaudy, interesting, amusing place. I always like to go when I'm in the area. You never know what youll find. I liked the incensers this time around and the tea cup sets are beautiful . One of a kind middle eastern stuff. It's not an attractive store, though the one room with statues and wildly eccentric decor pieces is. I think it's worth a look. Good different gift ideas.”

“The store manager Eddie is the nicest man! He was working today (Sunday) and I went in to grab some Starbucks cups that have sold out by me already. It takes about 45 minutes to get to this specific Kroger from my location. I asked if there was a limit and he said no, so I grabbed the amount I wanted (friends asked me to pick up also) and told him how excited I was and far I drove. Eddie decided that because of my drive he threw a cup in for me for free. What an incredibly generous person to do something like this, and he seemed like he is always this way. Shout out to the Starbucks employees and Eddie for making my day!”

“This is our go to for all of our bengali shopping. We been coming here pretty much from the time they opened. The prices are high but where isn't it? Everything has gone up everywhere and you can't expect hamtramck prices because there paying the Sterling Heights prices! I can understand 50 cents or even a dollar but nothing is more than that or my wife and I wouldn't be shopping here. Their customer service is also really good. We even get the hot food from time and their fried chicken and tandoori chicken is excellent.”
