New customers find helpful staff who present options for foundation and other items. The store’s manager and team are generally nice, though some staff need better register and product knowledge training, as false information sometimes occurs and is later corrected by another employee. Despite a recent issue with a sim card that required a long phone call with tech support, the store remains a favorite for its top service.
Sephora at Kohl's I love the quality of the products and I go back to the same one all the time. Brian has assisted me a couple of times and gave me excellent idea's and suggestions for my make up. I only go to that Sephora now. Brian YOU ROCK!! Thank you for your help!!
