awful. the employees follow you around as if you're stealing and they have nothing better to do. this sephora location is so different from the ones i've been to. they don't have a lot of brands that most sephora stores have. they had about half high end, half retail brands, and some brands that are not that well known (at least to me).there's been many occasions i come to this location with the intent to find something particular and they don't have it in the end. which, i should have looked up first but sometimes you don't and just want to find out for yourself while you're there. it's also weird how they label their prices for products. it's not in front of the item on the shelf. it's all to the right end side listed of all products in order and their prices. which is a bit of an inconvenience.it seems like it's their policy is to stalk their customers and follow them around to make them feel uncomfortable. it's as if the employees don't like their job and have absolutely nothing better to do. please find something to do other than stalk and make your customers uncomfortable. you guys must get paid to do nothing. your work ethic is showing and i would have fired all of them if i was a supervisor.skip this location and thank me later.i'll use my hard earned money elsewhere at a more welcoming location.

The young girl with curly hair working at the register right now 7/22/23 around 3pm was pretty clueless about her job and didnt even understand what I was asking her when cashing me out and also was confused about my return when it was pretty much common sense. I didn’t catch her name. But the other worker with straight her did a very good job at assisting me in color matching. Very disappointed about places hiring workers just bc they need extra workers BUT the extra workers can’t even do their job properly. I sure hope I dont need my original receipt from my first purchase because she would not give it back to me…

Very rude employees. Accused me of returning an empty product and said she will flag me in the system whenever I make a return. As a fellow makeup store worker I would never treat a customer with such disrespect and accusations.

The employees and manager here are super nice my only complaint is some of the employees don’t know how to fully work registers and have given me false information without confirming then later getting corrected by another employee maybe better register training and product knowledge training but other then that they are nice

This particular store has been my favorite for years based on top service but last visit resulted in issue with sim card putting me on the phone for 2 hrs with tech support

My experience there made my day! Molly is my fairy Godmother! We were only chatting for about a minute, and she was already making us samples of products to take home! How sweet!! Definitely my go to Sephora location! 10/10

They just opened, customers service was very pleasant. Avra ( I believe was her name ) helped me. I just wish the makeup was so expensive......
