“I've used several transportation companies for my totally disabled son and HIND by far is the best. They are prompt and extremely caring people. The driver will contact the next driver to tell them some little extra things to watch out for with my son due to his extreme disability such as making sure to lower his wheelchair when putting him in the van so he doesn't hit his head. This company and drivers deserve a 5 plus.”

“I just shipped a vehicle during this winter storm with heavy snow fall and severely frigid temperatures. I had to fly out to my out of state destination to start a new job and I had no flexibility on pick up date. Despite the crazy weather all over the country, RPM not only got my vehicle picked up on time as promised, but it was an on time delivery as well. Thank you Brad Goldman and RPM!!”

“Coming to this place watch your turn. Look for a yellow guard shack. You will see a sign with 20300 arrow pointing to the left. Use that entrance. The entrance on the the right is a trailer parking lot. Go strait back to a large parking lot. Walk along the building to the conjunction that say ENTRANCE. If you are here before 0900. Good luck in finding anybody. You will have to back up down that alley you walked to the double sliding doors. Go into the black hole.”

“I had a frustrating issue with Royalty Care, but I appreciate how it was ultimately resolved.
I paid $219.39 for round-trip transportation for my wheelchair-bound father. During his appointment, we were told he needed to go directly to the ER. Even though the ER was only 0.4 miles away, the scheduler said changing the destination required creating a new ride and an additional charge. The interaction was stressful and could have been handled with more flexibility.
That said, the driver was excellent: kind, helpful, and professional.
Casey later contacted me, listened to what happened, and worked with me on a fair resolution. He agreed to refund a little more than half of my payment since we only used the one-way trip, and I appreciated his willingness to make things right.
I hope the company improves its process for changing destinations, especially during medical emergencies, so staff can adjust a reservation without creating unnecessary confusion or charges.
Overall, I was satisfied with the resolution and would consider using them again.”
