Came in to place an order for an engagement cake and cupcakes and did not get any help from any staff. I was looked at, laughed at, and ignored. I would not recommend just go to Kroger instead. If their service is trash then their work will be trash.

Canceled my daughter's cake less than 48 hours before it was supposed to be picked up now my kid won't have her frozen cake for her birthday party. Absolutely terrible customer service. I'd just go to kroger. I'll NEVER place an order here again.

Place is seriously lacking, and I can see why. Came in to pick something up that I had ordered online, they didn't have it. This was actually an ongoing issue, and was a complete waste of time. Sure they have a good selection and agood prices, but when they say a pickup is available it should be instead of wasting peoples... read full comment
