“After visiting six other jewelers looking, my girlfriend and I stopped in Lucido while looking for an engagement ring. We were quickly greeted upon entering and assisted by Martina and Ali. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped us find what we were looking for. We were very impressed by the fact that our first visit was very low-pressure, that they wanted to help us find what we liked and weren’t trying to push us to make a sale right then and there. We ultimately came back a couple more times to look at stones (which they were very helpful on ordering and keeping us informed on what they had and when stuff arrived). I’m very happy and plan to go back in the future for jewelry-related needs.”

“What a great place to shop at I went in to see if they could do a repair for me that no one else could do. When I walked in I was greeted by the sales rep behind the counter (Curtis) let me tell you he was so helpful and did my repair for me with in a hour also did a perfect Job.
