“Owner is super awesome - he had just what I needed for next to nothing. Been looking at laptops, but they're so damned expensive. I'm thinking I'll just go to him and get a decent older used unit. Save money.”

“I visited this Verizon store this morning to have my new cell phone activated. Jajuan was my consultant and he was wonderful, very knowledgeable and super helpful. There was no wait at this location either. In the past, I've spent a lot of time waiting for help at the St. Joseph location. So do yourself a favor and visit this location for all of your Verizon needs.”

“Had these delivered today. 4 loads in three done. The washer and dryer work great. No middle adgetator for clothes to get stuck under or wrapped around. Lots of different wash settings. Dryer works just as well with no issues. Purchase was quick and easy. Very happy I decided to return to them to replace my worn out washer and dryer, which I got from them years ago. Delivery was great. The guys were nice and professional. Very glad I went back”

“Had a good experience here, and yes, they do accept depleted or damaged batteries for disposal and recycling. I discovered that one of my hobby electronics had a swollen lithium polymer battery pack and sought to replace it. The gentleman at ZBatteries greeted me at the door, was friendly, and answered all my questions kindly. Unfortunately they don't keep these sorts of LiPo batteries on hand, and only deal in them for commercial clients looking for larger orders, but they were more than happy to take my damaged one for disposal. Despite not having the specialist battery I needed, they do have a good selection of various batteries at their storefront, as well as flashlights and some accessories. I ended up buying a nice battery tester since I wanted to get them some business at least for the good customer service. I'll be coming back to this place for sure in the future.”

“This Metro PCS store is by far the best Metro location I have personally ever been to. Sandra and Brenda went above and beyond to fix my service when there was a high security pin added to my account from another Metro PCS store that I did not create. They fixed my account, helped me change my phone number, and PIN codes. Super friendly and attentive staff at this location and they both deserve recognition! Thank you so much Sandra for making my experience better with Metro PCS you are awesome!”

“Worked with Sindia getting my phone service straightened out. She did an excellent job and never gave up when my other provider would not give up crucial information we needed, even though I could no longer receive that providers signal at my home. Thank you Sindia and Cricket for your excellent work in this resolution.”

“We went looking for a new refrigerator but they had very limited selections of the brand we wanted. Mostly they had the low quality LG and Samsung junk. Why they push these inferior refrigerators with lawsuit settlements because of their terrible compressors is beyond me. Fortunately, the knowledgeable staff did their jobs well and did not try to push the low quality refrigerators on me. They were very professional.”
