The lady working at the pharmacy is the rudest, most miserable person I have ever met. She has no business in customer service. She needs to crawl back into whatever hole she crawled out of.

I set up an appointment online for a vaccination. I was notified that the appointment was set and got a reminder. When I went today, i waited in line and when i got to the front they said they did not have the vaccine and have not in a while. Instead of calling me to tell me they just waited till I arrived.
