“I was able to bring my badly deer damaged truck right in. They started the estimating/insurance process immediately. Worked as quickly as they could as the authorizations appeared and the parts started coming in. Walked me through the process, explained very carefully what my options were. Didn't mind when I would stop in every few days to check on the patient! Great job when it was finished, better than before the accident! Replaced the entire front of the truck, freshening every visible part. Given the amount of damage, I believe they wrapped it up in a very reasonable amount of time. I opted for some OEM upgrades my insurance wouldn't allow and had them do another unrelated repair from a previous incident since I was there. Plan to drive that truck until my son takes my keys away!”

“Stockbridge Auto care is the best place to get your care worked on! They are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and great to work with. I ran over a rock and tore up the underside of my new car. I was so upset and couldn’t believe I didn’t see the rock. Josh was great and put the vehicle up so I could take the photos for the insurance adjuster. Unfortunately the pictures were not good enough to show the complete damage and I received a check for about a third of the total cost. Josh went ahead and ordered the parts and did the work, fixed my car, without payment, waiting for my insurance to pay. Josh held the drive shaft and catalytic converter and exhaust so I could take pictures and send them to USAA to get the correct amount of money to pay the bill. I have my dream car back good as new, the car I waited my whole life to own. Thank you soooo much! You are awesome!”

I live right up the street from this place and each time I have gone to him not only has he priced his work incredibly reasonably, but he cuts the bullshit out and does exactly what needs to be done.
