“I'm here quite often dropping packages off and the young lady (wish I knew her name) who works here is always so friendly. It's not just with me either, she is friendly to everyone I see her deal with when I am in there.”
“Amanda is always super helpful whenever I have questions about my packages!! She is always on top of service requests and calls to give updates whenever she can.
Today she even called me
to confirm that I had received my package in the mail which I appreciate!!
To anyone who has had a less than positive experience with the Stockbridge branch, please be mindful that the staff are just trying their best - things happen that are out of their control and we need to have more patience.
Thank you again Amanda and Happy Holidays ????”
