“Hansen Food is a great store with local products such as Moomers Ice cream, Higher Grounds coffee, Right Brain, other local brews and wine. as well as other general staples. They are a great member of the community as well as a good grocery store.”

“This is a great place for a convenience store. Very few in the county. They have a great selection of spirits and other things you'd find in a convenience store. Yes, as a convenience store the prices are a little more than a grocery store but everyone knows that before they go into a convenience store. The employees are great, helpful and friendly and the owner cares about this community. Nit picky reviews aren't necessary, we know they're not perfect but are forever grateful B & B is here.”

“Tandem Ciders was a great stop on my way around the Leelanau Peninsula. It’s located in a somewhat remote rural setting, but the place itself is warm and welcoming. The bartender was very friendly, and we had a good conversation while I enjoyed my cider. The ciders were universally delicious, and the Green Man was probably my favorite. They’re making great stuff here. I’d love to spend more time here in the future, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who likes cider.”
