“Took our 2011 Aveo to Meadows because the battery kept draining if the car sat for longer than 2 days without driving. After several days of diagnosing they found the problem to be a shorted wire in the Onstar system. This was a very hard problem to diagnose.
Meadows went above and beyond any other shop we have used. They took the time to fix it right and charged a very reasonable price.”

“There's a reason this place has as close to 5 stars as a legitimate business can have. Adian was so welcoming and so kind on the phone yesterday when I called to check for availability, when I didn't make it this morning, I felt like I let him down haha.
Adian was just as cool of a person and had just as much the warm-hearted aura. PLUS coolest eyes ever.
Will is AMAZING! My mom took her cars to him when I was a kid. Unfortunately, she started trying other places that were less expensive. There's a reason after over a decade, of all the mechanics my mom has gone to, I remembered the only one who proved trustworthy over and over again.
In hindsight, she paid so much more and went through more cars than if she'd stuck with McNeal. The fact is: any work she ever had done at McNeal, only had to be done once.
Honesty is the major factor here. A mechanic who trains his team to be open and honest. There were times mom needed a lot of work and they would show her, teach her about the issue, even tell her what was actually necessary vs what could wait a bit.
This morning, I was late but Will found a spot for me, Aiden and Will both welcomed me in, offered me food, adjusted the temperature, service that tbh is a little unfamiliar to me now lol
The tech diagnosed my car right away, Will handled all the business with the warranty company and acted as more of an advocate for me than a mechanic trying to get all he could.
I can keep going and going, but for now I will just say: Thank you Will. Thank you Adian
