“Just when I thought exceptional customer service was a thing of the past, I encountered Ryan at Belle Tire (Pelham Road in Taylor Michigan). My dad had a damaged tire that required emergency replacing. I called Belle Tire and spoke with Ryan. He handled everything by telephone including ordering the required tire, scheduling the appointment and accepting payment. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and efficient. I encourage anyone in need of any services offered by Belle Tire to visit the Taylor Michigan location (Pelham Road).”
“We were on our way home from Michigan to Maryland with our dog, when we hit a pothole and lost steering. Belle Tire graciously fit us in. We were there for 6 hours, but they were able to fix the problem so we could get back on the road.”

“Got me in right away and finished quickly. Also fixed a speaker issue I had in that door without even being asked and at no charge. Old school service with a smile.”
