They treated me with racism, they don't like Latin people, the cashiers didn't allow me to make my purchase because my license has not yet been transferred from North Carolina to Michigan. I have traveled to different states where they accept my cosmetology license. I don't understand why they even saw me as ugly here.

The store is always well stocked, isles are very organized, displays are beautiful, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. You do have to be occupationally licensed to make purchases.

Second time I've been to the one in Taylor and there's been a note on the door that said sorry we're closed. Today I went and there's a note on door that said I'll be back at 3:00. It's now 3:15 and no one's here. Very poor customer service.
