This FedEx has exceptional customer service. I am deaf and shakey, and Chanel and Nicole lead me through the passport renewal process with complete patience. I am grateful. FedEx is lucky to have awesome people like this.

Lori at the FedEx Eureka location helped me with an international package. She was professional and patient. I have been to several locations, and this one is by far the best. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks again!!
