“It's very clean and the staff is nice. If you need anything just ask them. The only problem I have is that they only have one machine for certain exercises. I know there is limited space but most of the time only a few of the treadmills and none of the elliptical machines are being used. They could remove a few of these to add more machines”

“I joined F3 in November to try something new to my gym routine, as well as maintain my body and grow my strength since my job is very physical. I booked a personal training session with Garrin so I knew what I was doing (esp in the 3 main lifts). I’m very observant and have anxiety when it comes to stepping into new places. This gym immediately made me feel welcomed. Garrin is very warm and kind. He made no assumptions or judgments, which is what I disliked about a lot of people in the fitness world. He asks questions, and educates you. The people there have been nice too. You can ask someone to help and they’ll happily help. I prefer going in at slower times. They also have a little somewhat private room with kettlebells and a punching bag. That’s super nice since I like practicing boxing for cardio. Probably the best gym if you’re serious about weightlifting and want to get into powerlifting!”

“Employees were super nice! They explained to me that the Westland PF location gave me a balance of $105 and they seen the cancellation in their system of when I cancelled!!!! I’m so glad they allowed me to get on a payment plan and informed me if the BS the Westland location did. They told me the annual fee comes out usually the 2nd or 3rd month and it comes out ONCE A YEAR!!! Staff was making sure the equipment was being cleaned, even though we were all wiping down the equipment after each use. Building and bathrooms were very clean!! Staff answered any and all questions that I had and even gave me a tour of the building so I knew where everything was. The 3 ladies working on 6/22/26 were amazing!! DEFINITELY recommend this location!!!”

“Descent size gym. Nice it’s open 24/7. Has everything you need to get a good pump in. I didn’t use the turf size. Just the free weights and cable area.”

“Almost overwhelming! Machines do go down- that’s life - but are always repaired in timely fashion. Staff is ALWAYS cleaning - gym floor, bathrooms etc. This gym has some of the best equipment downriver. It’s quite a drive for me, but I don’t regret it. I’m going to stay as long as they are open.”
