The receptionist was really nice and welcoming and went out of her way to see if they could squeeze me in. Ted the mechanic was able to squeeze me in and was super knowledgeable, kind, honest and did great work on my Escape. It was done by the next day. The prices were super fair too. I highly recommend this company!
