“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). “I ordered some tank tops (they’re the best tank tops ever btw) online and to be picked up in store. I called the store because it only showed one was ready and I ordered four. Long story short, I dealt with Crystal (i hope I’m spelling it right) and let me tell you she was so kind, she fixed the problem immediately, she was just so sweet & patient with me. And when my sister went and picked my tank tops up for me, she said how nice Crystal was and couldn’t wait to go back and shop in store because of what a great experience we had. “Love this place. Usually the staff is nice. Some times the staff is a little less than attentive. But the prices, the selection, the styles makes up for it. If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”
