If I could rate it a zero i would. Came in to buy some guppies or a feeder fish or two for my granddaughters birthday. All excited we came in, she looked for perfect little fish. The sales girl said she would not sell us ANY fish unless we had a 10 gallon tank and up.(we had just purchased a little 1 or 2 gallon with all the set up. We ask to speak to I manager who was also rude and then when we said we can get a bigger tank the first girl said she no longer felt comfortable selling us fish.
Embarrassing, rude and 6 year old granddaughter so disappointed.
Went down the road and purchased a few small fish.
Never will I be back there again.

The lady's were rude. I came in with three cats that were in cages and two dogs that were in buggies as everybody needed harnesses and leashes so they all need to be fitted I greeted everybody upon entering nobody said hello they gave us dirty looks throughout the store It was four different women that were working on a Friday morning and just all of them had no courtesy no anything they were just not even civil they look disgusted to be working there and I'm sorry if you don't like your job Go find a different one. I won't be returning. And it wasn't just us they were rude and unwelcoming to everyone.

2nd time buying a betta fish from the Taylor location. Each time they were dead the next day. Can’t say I don’t know how to care for them because I already have 3 from the woodhaven location which are doing fine. I don’t know what Taylor is doing at their store but they definitely don’t take care of the bettas. I do know they have a poor selection. Dead fish in the cup still out with the live ones to purchase and most of them are too big for the cups they’re in. Most with fin rot. Definitely not buying anymore from this store. I will continue to go to woodhaven where the selection is good and fish are active.

This was my dog’s second visit to this location. The first experience was pleasant. This time around he smelled dirty after his grooming appointment. My expectation was not to give him a bath after paying $70 for grooming services. I called and spoke to an associate, but she was nonchalant and offered excuses.

Went in store to buy bearded dragon, the male worker was rude and spoke down to me. I asked to speak with the manager and she never shoed up. I took my business elsewhere

Teagan is the worst dog trainer EVER...My puppy & I had the worst experience at this location. The trainer we were assign to was rude, showed favoritism and wasn't kind to my puppy @ all. Tossing treats to my puppy, but hand fed the others. Gave plenty of treats to the other puppies, but not mine. I thought: maybe she's racist. Try not to sign up in her class, find someone nicer.

Probably the worst pet smart ive ever been too. I mean the ladies there were very nice but not very knowledgeable. My wife was so upset after trying to give information about our dog that we just left. The 3 people who were waiting for 25 minutes for information in front of us left. It was a mess. Fur everywhere. I understand they are grooming animals but 1 person working 2 sitting. Ill never go back to this one for grooming.

PET LOVERS BEWARE!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to warn all my fellow pet lovers.We took our 10 months old Australian Shepherd to get a bath, teeth brushed and nails clipped on 9/17/24. The appointment was at 5 with Britney. Hours on the door state that they are there until 7. We were notified a little before 6 that we could come pick her up. I received a text at 6:04 stating the same. My husband and I got to the TAYLOR LOCATION about 6:15. Walked in and the salon is open but dark. Not a soul around. We were asked what we wanted by a very rude cashier. We explained that we were there for our dog. He calls the manager and she had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. The groomer just left with out telling anyone!! Upon checking in the back of the salon (fyi we were not allowed back there) she finds our dog. THE GROOMER HAD LEFT HER ALL ALONE IN THE BACK IN THE DARK. NOT ONE PERSON WITH A CONSCIENCE WOULD HAVE DONE THIS!!!
Shame on all of you!!! We will not be back. Called corporate and they just blew it off. I wish I could give zero stars.
