I was having mobile hotspot issues since I upgraded my plan. Another store I went to wasn't helpful at all and just told me to call customer service. Customer service was incapable of resolving the issue. Nikki reset my phone and now my mobile hotspot works great now, thanks!

I stopped on in today curious about switching my internet provider and talked to a member named Nikki, she was very helpful with walking me through all the steps and guiding me through the transfer process !! If you want fast and friendly service with a great provider stop in here and they have a good deal going on with internet only being $49.00 with two months free and after that paying just $35 awesome deal !!!!!

I stopped in this new establishment and spoke to a young women named Nikki she was very and knowledgeable and helpful when helping me switch my Phone service and picking out my new phone!! Definitely thankful she was there!!
